Super Bowl party for seniors

WAUKEGAN -- Reservations are required by noon today for a Super Bowl party Sunday at Park Place Senior Center, 414 Lewis Ave.

Doors will open at 4 p.m. and close when the game is over. Transportation is available.

Seniors 55 and older can enjoy the game on the big- screen TV at Park Place without alcohol or smoking. Appetizers, non-alcoholic beverages, cookies and fruit will be served thanks to a donation from The Pavillian Nursing Home in Waukegan.

There will be door prizes, entertainment and plenty of finger food available. The cost is $2 per person. Call (847) 244-9242 for reservations and additional information.
