In the never-ending quest for the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service, Quick Hits would like to let the faithful readers (and even the less-than-faithful) know:
The Lingerie Football League Bliss will hold an open tryout from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Bridgeview Sports Dome.
Now to clip and save and put in the Quick Hits Pulitzer portfolio.
For those desiring a little more LFL excitement today, there’s Ange Yangas of the Bliss.
She stars in a 30-second promo at LFLus.com. It’s something of a tease for a video shot recently at Toyota Park, where the Bliss will play this season.
And the extent of her acting?
“I was in my uniform,” she told Quick Hits after a recent practice. “I held a football out, and I acted like a badass like I am.”
Quick Hits would dispute her description of herself but has learned never to argue with a lady.
