Almost 20 years ago, Nolan Ryan served up some “noogies” to Robin Ventura in one of baseball’s oddest beefs. Now, baseball’s legendary flame-thrower plans to serve up some meaty recipes in “The Nolan Ryan Beef Cookbook,” scheduled for release in May 2014.
Along with the recipes he collected as a longtime Texas rancher, Ryan, 65, will share stories from his 27-year career, which spanned four decades.
We’re guessing his favorite lunch dish is “Beef Noogie Soup.”
