Former Chicago Bear Willie Gault’s Super Bowl ring was reportedly stolen from his Los Angeles home.

Gault’s home was burglarized Wednesday, TMZ reported. The thieves took over $100,000 worth of jewelry, including the Super Bowl XX ring, which is loaded with 40 diamonds, including a half-karat diamond in the center.

Gault was a receiver on the Bears’ 1985 Super Bowl-winning team. An Olympic-caliber track star at the University of Tennessee, he was drafted by the Bears in 1983. He had an 11-year career in the NFL with the Bears and the then-Los Angeles Raiders.

Gault amassed 6,635 yards and 44 receiving touchdowns in his career, which included 704 receiving yards and 577 kick return yards for the Bears in the 1985 season.

He embarked on an acting career after his playing days, appearing in such movies as “S.W.A.T” and “Cellular.”

Los Angeles police declined to comment on the case. Gault could not be reached for comment.
