10 reasons Jay Cutler’s breakup with Kristin Cavallari could be good

It’s never good to wish bad luck upon anyone but, from a purely selfish standpoint, Bears fans should be happy about quarterback Jay Cutler’s breakup with fiancee Kristin Cavallari.
They actually looked and seemed like a nice enough celebrity couple; no brushes with the law, just some boutique shopping sprees and canoodling dinner dates.
Still, something never seemed right.
Cutler always looked uncomfortable in this made-for-TMZ relationship. In most of their paparazzi photos, the spotlight-shy QB looked more like he was facing a third-and-26 rather than a romantic night out on the town. Plus, what’s a boy from Santa Claus, Ind. doing with a “reality” star, anyway? (Just wondering: Is there a better oxymoron than “reality actor?”)
Obviously, Cutler will have more time now to concentrate on football, but there might be more benefits for having sent Kristin packing for the Hills. Here is a gallery of 10 reasons the Cutler-Cavallari breakup could be good for him and the Bears.
