Bears’ Shea McClellin learns to play linebacker

Shea McClellin isn’t just learning how to be a linebacker for the Bears. The former first-round pick has been working on special teams for the first time in his career.

“So far, it’s been very positive,” special teams coach Joe DeCamillis said during mandatory minicamp this week. “He’s moved around really well. He didn’t play a lot of special teams here in the last few years because of his role as a defensive lineman, so it’s something new for him, but he’s really adjusted well.”
