PANTHERS AT BEARS
Time: Noon, Fox-32
Line: Bears by 61/2. Total: 44.
Records (overall/ATS): Panthers 1-2/2-0-1; Bears 1-2/1-2.
Outlook: Bears are healthier and cover-2 a good matchup vs. Panthers rookie QB Cam Newton.
Pick: Bears 23, Panthers 13.
STEELERS AT TEXANS
Line: Texans by 4. Total: 45.
Records (overall/ATS): Steelers 2-1/1-2; Texans 2-1/2-1.
Fast fact: Steelers WR Mike Wallace (21-377, 2 TDs) has 6 straight 100-yard games.
Outlook: Steelers at their best when they can run, and they should be able to do that vs. the Texans (4.8 ypc allowed, 28th in the NFL). Texans, as good as they’ve been, struggle to finish — not a good trait vs. the Steelers.
Pick: Steelers 28, Texans 17.
BILLS AT BENGALS
Line: Bills by 3. Total: 44.
Records (overall/ATS): Bills 3-0/2-1; Bengals 1-2/2-1.
Fast fact: Ryan Fitzpatrick had a 58.2 rating in 4 games with Mike Martz’s Rams in 2005. Outlook: Bills, averaging 37.7 ppg after trading Lee Evans, continue to confound conventional wisdom — after big win over Raiders in Week 2, they fell behind 21-0 to Patiots but rallied to win 34-31. How long can that last?
Pick: Bengals 24, Bills 17.
COLTS AT BUCCANEERS
Time: 7:30 p.m., Mon., ESPN.
Line: Bucs by 10. Total: 41.
Records (overall/ATS): Colts 0-3/1-2; Buccaneers 2-1/2-1.
Fast fact: Bucs are 5-16 ATS in their last 21 home games.
Outlook: Colts QBs Kerry Collins/Curtis Painter have a 65.6 ating — 30th in the NFL. But Colts are used to playing on ‘‘MNF,’’ played the Steelers tough last week and should have better success with Painter, who should’ve been the starter all along.
Pick: Colts 23, Buccaneers 20.
SAINTS AT JAGUARS
Line: Saints by 7. Total: 451/2.
Records (overall/ATS): Saints 2-1/2-1; Jaguars 1-2/1-2.
Outlook: Drew Brees is red-hot and Marques Colston is expected back, but Jags are tough at home.
Pick: Saints 27, Jaguars 23.
49ERS AT EAGLES
Line: Eagles by 9. Total: 44.
Records (overall/ATS): 49ers 2-1/2-0-1; Eagles 1-2/1-2.
Outlook: Michael Vick expected to start for the Eagles, but the big question is whether he can finish.
Pick: Eagles 17, 49ers 13.
REDSKINS AT RAMS
Line: Pick ’em. Total: 421/2.
Records (overall/ATS): Redskins 2-1/2-1; Rams 0-3/0-3.
Outlook: After 4-0 preseason sparked optimism, winless Rams are on tilt. But not for long.
Pick: Rams 24, Redskins 21.
TITANS AT BROWNS
Line: Browns by 11/2. Total: 39.
Records (overall/ATS): Titans 2-1/1-2; Browns 2-1/2-1.
Outlook: Titans look due for a fall without WR Kenny Britt, but it never works out that way.
Pick: Titans 20, Browns 16.
VIKINGS AT CHIEFS
Line: Vikings by 11/2. Total: 40.
Records (overall/ATS): Vikings 0-3/1-1-1; Chiefs 0-3/1-2.
Outlook: Vikes will unleash Adrian Peterson — and probably find another way to lose.
Pick: Chiefs 30, Vikings 28.
FALCONS AT SEAHAWKS
Time: 3:05 p.m.
Line: Falcons by 41/2. Total: 391/2.
Records (overall/ATS): Falcons 1-2/1-2; Seahawks 1-2/1-2.
Outlook: Matt Ryan struggling with protection issues, but Seahawks have only 5 sacks.
Pick: Falcons 24, Seahawks 14.
GIANTS AT CARDINALS
Time: 3:05 p.m.
Line: Giants by 11/2. Total: 441/2.
Records (overall/ATS): Giants 2-1/2-1; Cardinals 1-2/1-1-1.
Outlook: Eli Manning (6 TDs, 1 INT, 35-for-53 in last 2 games) is on one of his hot streaks again.
Pick: Giants 27, Cardinals 24.
BRONCOS AT PACKERS
Time: 3:15 p.m., Ch. 2
Line: Packers by 121/2. Total: 461/2.
Records (overall/ATS): Broncos 1-2/1-2; Packers 3-0/2-1.
Outlook: Kyle Orton is struggling (79.1 rating), but Broncos are better than they’ve looked so far.
Pick: Packers 27, Broncos 21.
PATRIOTS AT RAIDERS
Time: 3:15 p.m.
Line: Patriots by 41/2. Total: 541/2.
Records (overall/ATS): Patriots 2-1/2-1; Raiders 2-1/3-0.
Outlook: Patriots usually bounce back after a loss, but not as certainly on the road.
Pick: Patriots 20, Raiders 17.
DOLPHINS AT CHARGERS
Time: 3:15 p.m.
Line: Chargers by 7. Total: 45.
Records (overall/ATS): Dolphins 0-3/0-3; Chargers 2-1/0-3.
Outlook: Something has to give in this rare matchup of winless teams against the spread.
Pick: Chargers 24, Dolphins 16.
JETS AT RAVENS
Time: 7:20 p.m., Ch. 5.
Line: Ravens by 31/2. Total: 41.
Records (overall/ATS): Jets 2-1/1-2; Ravens 2-1/2-1.
Outlook: Rex Ryan loves these grudge matches — but so do Ray Lewis and the Ravens.
Pick: Ravens 17, Jets 10.
