Northern Illinois is in good shape.

The Huskies are 7-0, already have two victories against Big Ten teams and are ranked 18th in the first Bowl Championship

Quarterback Jordan Lynch has been outstanding, leading the Mid-American Conference with 370.6 yards of total offense per game. He ran for an FBS-record 316 yards in the Huskies’ victory Saturday against Central Michigan. NIU is 14th in the nation in total offense (507.8 ypg) and 20th (39.7 ppg) in scoring offense.

Grade: A.
