Tamika Catchings and Katie Douglas scored 17 points each to help the Indiana Fever to an 88-80 victory over the host Sky, which was eliminated from WNBA playoff contention earlier Sunday when the Atlanta Dream beat the Tulsa Shock to clinch the fourth and final playoff berth in the Eastern Conference. The Sky has failed to make the playoffs in each of its six seasons. Epiphanny Prince scored 21 points to lead the Sky (14-17), Sylvia Fowles had 15, and Tamera Young added 12. Catchings, Douglas and Erin Phillips each had nine points in a brisk first half as the Fever (20-11) opened a 51-49 halftime lead. The Sky, which trailed 72-64 entering the fourth quarter, had a 25-22 rebounding edge and outscored the Fever 44-36 in the paint.
