MIAMI — The Miami Heat will decide later Tuesday if Chris Bosh will play in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals.
Bosh went through shootaround Tuesday morning. Coach Erik Spoelstra says he will spend the afternoon weighing options, and will consult with both Bosh and the Heat training staff before making the decision.
The Boston-Miami series is knotted at two games apiece.
Bosh strained a lower abdominal muscle late in the first half of Game 1 of the Indiana-Miami second round series May 13. He did not play in the second half of that game, and in the nine postseason games since, Miami has gone 5-4.
Bosh averaged 18 points and 7.9 rebounds in the regular season. He averaged 14.7 points and 6.8 rebounds in six playoff games before getting hurt.
