ANAHEIM, Calif.---- Jim Thome hit a go-ahead RBI single in the ninth inning, A.J. Pierzynski's RBI double capped a three-run second against former batterymate Jon Garland, and the Chicago White Sox beat the Los Angeles Angels 4-3 Thursday night.

Sox shake up and wake up lineup There's only one of two ways Ozzie Guillen sees this playing out now. Either the latest shakeup with the batting order finally gets the White Sox hitters out of their month-long hibernation and they start hitting, or the club is out one good hitting coach.
