Cubs’ single-game spring training tickets go on sale at 11 a.m. (CST) Saturday at Cubs Park in Mesa, Ariz. Tickets will be available at the same time by phone 1-800-THE-CUBS and at www.cubs.com. Fans in the area interested in purchasing tickets in-person will have an opportunity to get a sneak peak at the new ballpark between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday.
“We’re excited about our inaugural season at Cubs Park,” said Justin Piper, general manager of the team’s spring training operations. “This new facility is going to be a popular attraction for Cubs and baseball fans all season long. Anyone planning to visit us for games this year will want to purchase tickets early.”
The first game at Cubs Park will be Feb. 27 vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Cubs’ 2014 spring training schedule is available at www.cubs.com/mesa.
