MINNEAPOLIS -- Second baseman Gordon Beckham left the White Sox game against the Minnesota Twins during the fourth inning on Thursday night with a right quad strain.
Beckham singled and scored on a Paul Konerko’s sacrifice fly during the first inning and grounded out to shortstop in the third.
He appeared to gather himself after sliding into third in the first but sprinted home on a short fly to center by Konerko.
Beckham was replaced by Jeff Keppinger.
