Jabari Parker’s ascension into the top spot in the national rankings of the 2013 class wasn’t the only major move by a Chicago hoops phenom this summer. Young’s Jahlil Okafor turned heads all over the country, grabbing the No. 2 spot in the 2014 class. Parker and Okafor played together for the Mac Irvin Fire club team, coached by Mike Irvin. Both players are good students as well, so their futures seem limitless. Parker was even name-checked in Rahm Emanuel’s inaguration speech in May.
