Epiphanny Prince injured as Sky fall on road to Fever 84-70

INDIANAPOLIS — Epiphanny Prince went down with an injury to her right foot late in the first half, and the Sky saw its six-game winning streak end with an 84-70 loss to the Indiana Fever on Saturday night.
Prince, who entered as the WNBA’s leading scorer (24.3 points), had seven points. She was on crutches after halftime.
Sylvia Fowles scored 26 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead the Sky (7-2), which led 48-46 in the third but was done in when the Fever put together a 15-5 run. Swin Cash added 15 points and Courtney Vandersloot 12 on 5-for-8 shooting.
Jessica Davenport’s 19 points off the bench paced the Fever (5-3).
