Classy and elegant from the decor to the table settings. Cuisine is just as dazzling. Chef Robert Burcenski knows how to put plenty of flavor into his lush creations. Service is just as polished as everything else. Excellent wine list, too. Jackets requested for men.

PRICES: four-course dinner, $45; five-courses, $55; plus tax and tip

HOURS: Wednesday through Sunday dinner (hours vary by reservations taken)

TIPS: The culinary brain trust behind this fine restaurant is owner and master chef Robert Burcenski and executive chef Laura White. Kudos for their creative talent. Also to the waitstaff who know the when, how and why of service. Reservations required.

IN A BITE: Outstanding in every way. Impeccably prepared food of the highest quality that is served most elegantly but without pretension in a setting with more than a few romantic overtones. Well worth the trip. Read the full review
