Apple chips

Apples (as many as you like)
Cinnamon sugar mixture (2 tablespoons sugar to 1 tablespoon cinnamon)

Peel apples, core, and thinly slice apples to preferred thickness (Æ- inch is standard). Place on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture to taste.

Place in 250-degree oven. Bake until crispy (at least 1 hour, depending on chip thickness). Serve as garnish or with fruit salsa.
