2 large red apples, grated

½ cup walnuts

¼ cup sweet wine, to taste

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon sugar

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve. All ingredients can be added according to taste, and can be modified depending on personal preferences.
