Sauerkraut salad

MAKES 10 SERVINGS
1 (26-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup vinegar, white preferred
1 cup sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients together; chill for 3 hours.
