Black Forest pudding pie
MAKES 8 SERVINGS
2 cups cold milk
1 (8-serving size) package Jell-O chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 (6-ounce) Oreo pie crust
10 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, quartered
1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 cup cherry pie filling
1 square Baker's semisweet baking chocolate, melted
Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended (mixture will be thick). Spoon 1½ cups of pudding into Oreo pie crust.
Top with quartered Oreo cookies. Gently stir 1½ cups Cool Whip into remaining chocolate pudding; spoon over cookies. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Cover with remaining Cool Whip; then gently add 1 cup cherry pie filling. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
