Key lime pie

MAKES 8 SERVINGS

1 (3-ounce) package lime gelatin (sugar-free or regular)

1/4 cup boiling water

2 (6- to 8-ounce) containers lime-flavored yogurt (sugar-free, low-fat or regular)

1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip (regular, lite, fat-free or sugar-free), thawed

1 graham cracker crust

Cool Whip, for topping

Using whisk, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk yogurt into gelatin. Fold Cool Whip into mixture.

Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

When serving, top with additional Cool Whip.
