Deluxe Macaroni And Cheese


MAKES 12 SERVINGS

1 (7-ounce) package elbow macaroni

2 cups small curd cottage cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 slightly beaten egg

¾ teaspoon salt

Dash pepper

8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Paprika

Grease a 9-by-9-by-2-inch baking dish. Cook macaroni; drain. In large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, beaten egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add shredded cheese; mix. Stir in drained macaroni. Turn into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
