Beef skillet supper

MAKES 8 SERVINGS

1 (8-ounce) package medium-width egg noodles

1½ pounds ground chuck

1 medium onion, chopped

1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

½ cup water

1 (11-ounce) can Mexicorn, drained

½ teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook egg noodles as directed on package. In large skillet, cook ground chuck and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add tomato sauce and water; cover and cook for 8 minutes. Drain noodles; add to meat mixture. Add drained corn, salt and pepper; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
