Russian cheese cake

2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar, optional
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 and 1/2 dozen frankfurt or hamburger buns
Mix cottage cheese, melted margarine or butter, salt, sugar, caraway seeds, eggs and cream. Mix well. Split rolls and spread cheese mixture over rolls. Bake in moderate oven (325 degrees), for about 25 minutes. Yields 36 servings.
