1 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

Pinch sugar

1 cup milk, room temperature

2 large eggs, room temperature

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Whisk flour, salt, sugar and milk until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and whisk until smooth. Add melted butter and whisk. Pour batter into greased popover pans. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake popovers until golden and puffed (about 25 minutes more).
