Creamy & mild blue cheese dressing

MAKES 16 SERVINGS
4 ounces soft, mild blue cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons half-and-half
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons blue-cheese crumbles
Into blender put first four ingredients. Blend till smooth, pour into bowl. Whisk in mayo, stir in cheese crumbles. Chill. Stir well before serving.
