MAKES 6 SERVINGS

1 (1-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1-1/2 quarts milk, divided
2-1/2 teaspoons rum extract
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk and mix according to pudding package directions. Chill for 5 minutes. Add rum extract, nutmeg and remaining milk; stir to combine. Chill and serve.
