Bob's blueberry smoothie

Have this with a piece of salmon and a side of broccoli and black beans, and you have a great immune-enhancing meal.
MAKES TWO SERVINGS
1 cup blueberries
1 cup vanilla soymilk or regular milk
2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
