MAKES 30 SERVINGS

1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (12-ounce) can orange juice concentrate

1 cup lemon juice or to taste

1 liter bourbon whiskey

Block of ice (freeze in a plastic bowl or ring mold)

2 liters lemon-lime soda (such as 7-Up)

Slices of lemon, lime or orange or maraschino cherries for garnish

Thaw both concentrates but do not dilute. Mix the concentrates, lemon juice and whiskey in a large punch bowl and chill thoroughly.

Before serving, add the block of ice to the bowl and stir in the soda. Serve in punch cups and garnish with fruit.
