Stuffed Ham Rolls

2 cups cooked rice

1/2 cup chop ripe olives

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

2 (8-oz) cans tomato sauce

12 thin slices cooked ham

1 teaspoon dry mustard

2 tablespoons brown sugar

Combine rice, olives, horseradish and 1/4 cup tomato sauce. Divide mixture among ham slices and roll up, place in shallow baking dish, seam side down. Combine remaining tomato sauce, mustard, and brown sugar and refrigerate. At serving time, pour sauce over rolls and bake in 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
