MAKES 20 SERVINGS
2 tablespoons edible dried rose petals, plus extra for garnish (see Note) 1 tablespoon pink peppercorns 2 teaspoons coarse salt 16 ounces goat cheese 2 teaspoons honey Edible gold leaf flakes (see Note)
Unwrap and place on serving platter. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with gold leaf and garnish with a few whole rosebuds. Arrange crackers around the edge.
