La Qquercia prosciutto-wrapped morels stuffed with triple creme cheese

MAKES 2 SERVINGS
1 ginormous morel mushroom
2 chunks triple creme cheese with rind (I used Langres)
2 slices La Quercia prosciutto (best in the world and locally produced)
Aged balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice the mushroom in half. Stuff each half with a chunk of cheese. Wrap in La Quercia prosciutto. Bake in a small ovenproof dish until the cheese is softened. Drizzle with vinegar.
