The Color Run Chicago hit the streets of downtown with 15,000 runners who dressed in white to be hit with sprays of colored safe biodegradable dyes of different hues. The Happiest 5k on the Planet, celebrated the colors of fall with a mass color throwing celebration in Grant Park. The event raises funds for the Team to End Aids. The start of the Color Run Chicago began with all participants wearing perfectly white shirts. The end of the Color Run Chicago was a huge rally of all the participants with massive color dye throws by the runners in Grant Park and by the organizers of the Color Run
