ﾽﾽItﾽs a little bit more daunting than it looks from the outside. It really is. I guess itﾽs because they havenﾽt won here for so long. We have to change the culture. You get in that [interview] room after the game and youﾽve lost a tough ballgame, they take their damn belt off.ﾽﾽ

ﾽﾽItﾽs a tough job. I really have found that out. Iﾽve learned a hell of a lot in a short period of time here. But, still, youﾽve got to change the culture. If not, thereﾽll be a new staff in here in whatever period of time and theyﾽll be talking about the same thing.ﾽﾽ

ﾽﾽEarlier in the year we were making a lot of mistakes, and it became an expectation. Now they come fewer and farther between, and it surprises me when it happens. That tells me itﾽs getting better.ﾽﾽ

ﾽﾽNo one thought weﾽd continue to play at the pace we did [in June and July]. I liken it to the stock market ﾽ you get a spike in prices and then a little consolidation.ﾽﾽ
