Newsletter Registration FAQ
Q: I am having trouble logging in with my temporary password.
A: To change your information, you need to click on the link that was sent to you via email, or cut and paste the complete link into your browser. (Note that some email programs might break the link into two lines. You’ll need to paste both lines into your browser and watch out for spaces.)
After you click Enter and arrive at the registration page, cut and paste the password provided in the original email into the password field. Be careful not to copy any extra space after the password, and please note that this temporary password is not the password you’ve previously used. Once you confirm your registration information, you’ll be able to reset your password to whatever you’d like.
