Toronto revels in Boston’s loss

Hawks fans thought their rivalry with the Canucks was bitter.

On its front page Tuesday, the Toronto Star thanked the Hawks for defeating the Bruins in the Stanley Cup Final.

In the first round, the Bruins scored twice in 31 seconds to tie the score in the final minute before winning in overtime. Clearly, some Leafs fans were happy the Bruins got a taste of their own medicine.

The Wolverine (PG-13)

This is a serious, sometimes dark and deliberately paced story. B+

Blue Jasmine (PG-13)

This is one strange, sometimes uneven but mostly mesmerizing film. A-

Strives for an indie comedy vibe, but this is grim stuff. D+

The Conjuring (R)

Familiar territory, but stylish and filled with SCARE moments. B+

Pacific Rim (PG-13)

A ridiculously entertaining (and often just plain ridiculous) monster-robot movie that plays like that âRock âem Sock âem Robotsâ game from the 1960s. B

Grown-Ups 2 (PG-13)

The comedy is so toothless, the bullies are so cartoonishly stupid and the physical jokes are so obviously staged. D+
