After a violent 2012 and the worst January murder rate in 10 years, gun violence is the predominant topic in Chicago. And following this week’s tragic death of 15-year-old Hadiya Pendleton, the city’s violence is now once again gaining national attention. Sun-Times columnists Mary Mitchell and Neil Steinberg sit down to discuss and debate the issues of gun violence, gun control, and what can be done to curb it.
