Drew's ex-fiancee testifies to grand jury
Less than a week after moving out of Drew Peterson's home, Christina Raines testified before a grand jury investigating the disappearance of his fourth wife and the death of his third.
Peterson's ex-fiancee appeared Thursday in Joliet before the grand jury, which has been meeting since November 2007 in an effort to determine what happened to the former Bolingbrook Police officer's last two wives.
Raines, 24, lived with Peterson for several weeks. Peterson claimed they were engaged, but after she moved out last Friday, she said the engagement was "a stunt" concocted by Peterson and his advisers to get publicity.
The sudden breakup came a day after Peterson, 55, appeared on ABC's "Nightline'' and admitted he had grown bored in all four of his marriages. Raines declined to comment. Peterson has denied wrongdoing.
