Mayoral candidates Patricia Van Pelt-Watkins and Carol Moseley Braun each got one contribution over $100,000.
The vast majority of Watkins’ campaign money came from her pastor, Joseph L. Stanford of the Ambassadors for Christ Ministries, who gave her $296,000.
Braun got $100,000 from John W. Rogers, Jr., CEO pf Ariel Capital Management.
