SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A Salt Lake City Justice Court judge has pleaded guilty to felony drug possession.

Court records show a second charge of illegal drug distribution was dropped in Tuesday’s plea deal for 46-year-old Virginia Bauskett Ward.

Ward was accused of receiving regular shipments of the painkiller Oxycodone from a drop-box at a UPS store in Salt Lake City.

The judge served 11 years on the bench and has been on administrative leave since her arrest March 30 by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

The DEA says it confiscated 398 Oxycodone pills from two shipments.

Charging documents say Ward told agents she was using Oxycodone for neck pain.

Her sentencing was set for Nov. 5.
