ANN ARBOR, Mich. — A Michigan stilt walker has started a trek of about 400 miles around the state as part of an effort to raise money for the United Cerebral Palsy of Michigan nonprofit.
Neil Sauter, who has mild cerebral palsy, started the “Walk for No Limits” on Friday morning at the library in downtown Ann Arbor.
The aluminum stilts lift him 9 feet off the ground. The walk is scheduled to go in stages until May 19.
