LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An Arkansas couple bought lottery ticket at a store and won $1 million — and later that day they bought another ticket at the same store and hit the jackpot again, winning $50,000.
The Arkansas Lottery Commission said Stephen and Terri Weaver were on a fishing trip when they stopped at T-Ricks convenience store in Pangburn and bought the first ticket —and won $1 million. They stopped at the same store on their way home and bought another ticket — a $50,000 winner.
The commission said the couple claimed their cash at a lottery center in Little Rock on Monday and planned to pay bills and invest for their retirement.
