Birth mom: I raised questions about Jerry Sandusky

Nearly two decades before Matt Sandusky’s blockbuster allegation that he was sexually abused by his adoptive father, his biological mother raised questions about their relationship.
Debra Long had fought the local court system over her son’s placement in the home of the famed Penn State assistant football coach.
Long has told The Associated Press that Sandusky was pushy and controlling and estranged Matt from his birth family. But she says Centre County’s court system ignored her concerns because of Sandusky’s stature.
The Sandusky family adopted Matt after he turned 18.
In an interview with police that was taped last week, he told investigators he was abused by Sandusky starting when he was 8 years old.
Jerry Sandusky is awaiting sentencing after being convicted of sexually abusing 10 boys.
