Missing man, 80, found safe in Wis.

The 80-year-old father of two Chicago Police officers who had been missing since Thursday was located in Wisconsin Friday evening, police said. Henry Laurich, who suffers from Alzheimer's, was found about 6:15 p.m. in Rubicon, Wis., police said.
He was in good condition, police said.
Henry Laurich, who suffers from dementia, left Chicago Thursday to go to a store in Niles. He was found Friday in Wisconsin.

Laurich disappeared after leaving his home in the 4000 block of North LeClaire at 11 a.m. Thursday to go to a Costco store in suburban Niles. Police issued a release late Friday night announcing Laurich had been found. His family was aware that he had been found and was safe, police said.
