Assistant State’s Attorney Shauna Boliker, who is prosecuting the case, declined to comment, as did Kelly’s lawyers, Ed Genson and Sam Adam Jr., who recently joined the defense team.

Cook County prosecutors charged Kelly with 14 counts of child pornography in 2002 for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with a 14-year-old girl. Kelly has pleaded not guilty.
