As reported by the Chicago Daily News, sister paper of the Chicago Sun-Times:

George A. Busse, the 36-year-old brother of Chicago Mayor Fred A. Busse, was cleared of all blame for the death of Flora Elizabeth Tuckerman. She was the daughter of Brig. Gen. A.C. Girard. She was shot in the heart and mortally wounded by a bullet fired while the mayor's brother was explaining the use of a revolver to his mother's maid. The jury ruled the shooting was accidental.
