A Chicago man claims the leader of the rap group Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony attacked him and a cousin after a Logan Square concert.

Joseph E. Zeidel said in a lawsuit Wednesday that Bryon “Bizzy Bone” McCane struck him and his cousin in the face and head June 10, causing him to suffer a fracture, cut nose, and other injuries. He said McCane knocked his cousin the ground.

Zeidel said the problems started during an event for fans on the group’s tour bus. Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony performed that night at the Congress Theater.

Zeidel said McCane had harassed him and his cousin on the bus. Later, they were struck outside the vehicle.

The Grammy winning group could not be reached for comment.
