Former Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley isn’t the only new distinguished senior fellow at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy Studies. Henry Paulson Jr., who had a career stretching more than three decades at Goldman Sachs before becoming President George W. Bush’s Treasury secretary, will start at the Hyde Park university on July 1 and will hold the same title. Like Daley, Paulson won’t be teaching classes, the university said Monday. Instead, he will be leading “research collaborations, speaker series, conferences, workshops and other events and programs.”
