Police are searching for an elderly woman who disappeared from a Lincoln Square neighborhood nursing home Friday morning with an unidentified man.

Lidia Constantinesco, 79, went missing about 9 a.m. Friday from Allshore Nursing Home at 2840 W. Foster Ave., where she is a resident, according to a alert from Belmont Area detectives.

Nursing staff members law saw her leaving the facility with a white, 60- to 70-year-old man that she told them was her brother, according to the alert. However, staff members later learned that Constantinesco does not have a brother, the alert said.
