Misericordia Director Sister Rosemary Connelly fainted while attending the Irish Fellowship Club’s annual Christmas luncheon at the Hilton Hotel Friday and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
She has been cleared of any major health problem by doctors and is expected to leave the hospital sometime Friday.
“She’s in her 80s, [and] works tirelessly,” said a Sneed source.
